Following breakfast, we will continue our exploration of Accra, visiting several key attractions, including:

• The National Mausoleum: A solemn site honoring fallen heroes, providing insight into the country’s struggle and triumphs.
• Makola Market: A bustling hub of commerce where guests can experience the vibrant local culture, shop for handicrafts, textiles, and spices, and engage with friendly vendors.

As the sun sets, prepare for a taste of Accra’s lively nightlife. Guests will have the opportunity to explore local bars, live music venues, and cultural performances, immersing themselves in the energetic rhythm of the city.
Our adventure will take us to the picturesque Eastern Region of Ghana, where each stop promises unique experiences and breathtaking landscapes.
We will begin our day at the remarkable Shai Hills, known for its stunning rolling hills and rich biodiversity. Here, we’ll enjoy a guided tour that showcases the park’s vibrant flora and fauna, and we might even have the thrilling chance to spot some of the local wildlife, including playful baboons and various colourful bird species.
The cultural heritage of this region is a vital aspect of our journey. We will have the honour of meeting the king of the Akwamu people, who will guide us through their community’s rich traditions, history, and customs, providing an authentic insight into their way of life.
Next on our itinerary is a visit to the Akosombo Dam, an extraordinary engineering marvel integral to Ghana’s power supply. During our visit, we will learn about the dam’s construction, its historical significance, and its lasting impact on the region’s development.
We will embark on a scenic boat ride aboard the Dodi Princess after our educational tour. This leisurely voyage will grant us stunning views of the expansive Volta Lake and the surrounding hills, creating perfect opportunities for breathtaking photographs and a relaxing respite on the tranquil waters.
For our overnight stay, we will check into the luxurious Bridge View Hotel in Akosombo. This upscale accommodation boasts modern amenities and breathtaking views of the lake, providing a serene atmosphere for rest after a day filled with adventure. On our third day, we will set off to the Tafi Monkey Sanctuary, where we can observe playful monkeys in their natural habitat, followed by a visit to the majestic Mt. Afadjato, the highest peak in Ghana. This excursion will provide ample opportunities for hiking and taking in the spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. After a fulfilling day of exploration, we will return to the Bridge View Hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Our fourth day will feature a full day of nature exploration as we make our way to some of the most stunning natural attractions in the area. We will visit Boti Falls, a magnificent waterfall perfect for soaking in the beauty of nature and taking refreshing dips. Our journey will also include stops at Umbrella Rock, a unique rock formation ideal for panoramic views, and the Twin-headed Palm tree, an extraordinary natural wonder.
After this captivating experience, we’ll head to the renowned Tetteh Quarshie Cocoa Farm. Here, we’ll delve into the fascinating process of cocoa production, gaining insight into its significance as a fundamental pillar of Ghana’s economy and cultural identity. As the day of exploration and discovery unfolds, we’ll retreat to the luxurious Safari Valley Resort. With its serene surroundings, we will indulge in a delightful dinner and unwind in comfort, paving the way for a relaxing evening ahead.
Awakening in the serene nature of Safari Valley, we will start our day with a hearty breakfast surrounded by picturesque views. Our morning will be spent touring the beautiful scenery of Safari Valley, followed by an array of exciting activities such as golfing, swimming, basketball, horseback riding, and more, allowing guests to enjoy a day filled with fun and recreation amidst nature.
After a delightful lunch set against the stunning backdrop of Safari Valley, we will venture to Asena Waterfalls, a hidden gem offering a refreshing escape from nature. Following this serene experience, we will make our way back to Accra, where we will check into the Labadi Beach Hotel for a relaxing stay, capping off our remarkable journey filled with cultural exploration, adventure, and unforgettable memories.
On the final day of our tour, we will start the morning with a delightful breakfast at the luxurious Labadi Beach Hotel, where the gentle sound of the waves complements the delicious spread.
